Yes — 100%. For Standard and Premium (custom builds), you own your portfolio, your domain, and the files — we'll provide a downloadable copy on request. For Starter (template-based), your content is yours, but the template code itself is a separate product and isn't included. The hosting plan simply means we handle updates, security and maintenance for you.
We want you to love your site. During the design and revision phase, if you're not happy, we'll keep working until you are — or refund you. Once the final site is delivered and you've received your files, the project is complete (standard for digital work). A 50% deposit secures your spot and covers the design work; it's non-refundable.
Hosting includes updates. Want to add a project, tweak copy, or swap a photo? Just ask — we handle it.
