By purchasing or using Build-A-Folio's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
We provide done-for-you portfolio websites, managed hosting, and ready-made templates, as described on our website. We'll deliver the service you selected within the stated timeframe, subject to timely receipt of your content and feedback.
Done-for-you builds require a 50% deposit to begin; the remaining 50% is due on final delivery. Hosting plans bill monthly. Template purchases are paid upfront. Prices are shown in GBP (with USD/EUR/CAD conversions for display only).
You're responsible for providing the text, images and materials you want on your site, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. We're not liable for content you provide.
You own your website 100% — including the design, content, domain and files. We'll provide a downloadable copy on request. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We offer a satisfaction/revision guarantee during the design phase (see our Refund Policy). Once the final site is delivered and files received, the work is complete and non-refundable, as is standard for digital goods.
Hosting plans include SSL, security and the stated number of updates. After the included period, hosting continues on a monthly plan. You may cancel anytime; your site and files remain yours.
We'll do our best work, but our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or third-party service outages.
Either party may terminate before final delivery (see Refund Policy). We may refuse service in cases of abusive or unlawful behaviour.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in those courts.
