This policy is designed to be fair to both sides: you get a genuine satisfaction guarantee, and we're protected against abuse of the downloadable-files offer.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. This deposit covers the design time and reserves your place in our schedule.
The remaining 50% is due when your website is complete and ready to go live.
During the design and revision phase, we'll revise your site until you're happy with it. If — after a reasonable number of revisions — we still can't reach a design you love, we'll refund the balance. The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers work already completed.
Once the final site is live and you've received your downloadable files, the project is complete. As digital work that has been fully delivered, it is non-refundable from this point onward.
You may cancel at any time before final delivery. The deposit is non-refundable (it covers work already done). Any balance already paid toward incomplete work will be refunded.
