When you contact us, request a quote, or place an order, we collect: your name, email address, the plan or service you're interested in, your currency preference, and any message you provide. If you make a purchase, payment details are handled by our payment provider (see section 5) — we do not see or store your full card details.
We use your information to: respond to enquiries, deliver the services you've requested, send order confirmations and updates, provide customer support, and improve our website. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent (e.g., when you sign up for our checklist), (b) performance of a contract (when you purchase a service), or (c) legitimate interest (responding to enquiries and improving our service).
We rely on trusted third parties to run our service: Vercel (website hosting & analytics), PayPal / SumUp (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and security measures.
We retain enquiry and order information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email buildafolio@3wizz.com.
We use minimal cookies/local storage: a small piece of local storage remembers your chosen currency so the site displays prices correctly. We also use Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (no personal identifiers). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
All traffic to this site is encrypted over HTTPS. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers and never touches our servers.
